Can I wash clothes made from wool in the washer?

Wool products that are labeled as machine washable can be washed in the machine using the wool care program. If your washing machine has a special wool care program where the drum rocks back and forth, you can wash your wool clothes in the machine instead of by hand. The special wool care program prevents your clothes from shrinking or becoming tangled. Neutral's detergent Uld- og Finvask has been designed specifically for all your delicate textiles such as wool and silk.

How do I know how much detergent I should use?

In order to determine how much detergent to use you first need to find out whether you have soft, medium hard or hard water. You can find a guide to water hardness levels in the various municipalities here ((link ?)). Once you know the water hardness level, the correct dosage amounts can be found on the back of the Neutral product packaging. When you use the correct amount of detergent you get the best cleaning results while caring for the environment.

Which preservatives are used in Neutral's products?

Preservatives are added to Neutral's liquid detergents and cleaning products in order to prevent the formation of micro-organisms. The powder-based products do not contain any preservatives because they are self preserving. It is a good idea to read the product label if you are sensitive to specific types of preservatives.

Neutral products

By law all cosmetic products must be fully declared in accordance with the new European INCI Declaration. (The International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients). The names of the ingredients are listed in English and the natural plant-based ingredients are listed by their botanical names. The ingredients are listed according to weight down to 1%. Hereafter ingredients can be listed freely. Household products such as detergents and cleaning agents are not required to be fully declared. However, we list all the ingredients in all our products as we believe you have a right to know what our products are made from.
